For more than two decades, I have built significant experience specializing in Telecommunications Technology, Software and Infrastructure. Over my career I have worked with one of the world’s largest insurance companies, national and multinational organizations, large contact centers, as well as small to medium sized companies in various stages of growth. I have worked with the major Telecommunications hardware and software manufacturer’s products as well as with most of the Canadian Telecom Carriers. I have built my experience working in IT departments, Managed Services providers, and an Independent Telecom Consulting firm.
Now as the principle owner of Potma Solutions Inc. I apply this wealth of experience to help my clients resolve communications challenges, grow business through use of new technologies and structure IT departments in ways that help the business leaders achieve the organization’s goals. I achieve this while always keeping in mind that supporting the best customer experience possible is the highest priority because customers are why organizations exist.
I have built a network consisting of all the major telecommunications service providers, value added resellers and consultants. Potma Solutions is more than consultants we also partner with major Internet Service Providers and Hosted Phone System solution providers. This allows us to consult, design solutions, and provide solution pricing as a single source of contact for multiple vendors.
