We follow the PMP Standards and Guidelines for project management through out your project while tailoring the process to meet the specific needs of your organization and the project we are engaged for. Telephony projects are very unique in their requirements, stakeholder expectations and the vendor interactions required for successfully managing the project. Using our specific telephony project experience managing telephony projects we will help guide your project to a successful completion.
To be able to achieve this we will work with you to define the project charter based on the Statement of Work and mutually agreed upon project deliverables. We will ensure there are weekly project update meetings where we will cover off the status of the project as well as any outstanding deliverables required to keep the project on track. We will engage with both your project manager if one is assigned as well as any required OEM, third-party maintenance or product vendor project managers or contacts to ensure the project remains on budget, and on the agreed upon timeline.
You will receive a copy of our project plan based on the timelines defined in the SOW and contract. You will also receive copies of any highlighted project risks, risk log or deficiency lists should they be required.
